Admitted to practice in 1988, Ms. Reardon has concentrated in the field of healthcare law and general civil litigation. Her services include representation in the areas of mental health issues, patient treatment, health care proxies, and risk management. She provides counseling and advice on issues concerning temporary and permanent guardianships and frequently appears in court on such matters.She is frequently appointed by the Probate Court to conduct investigations as a guardian ad litem on issues of medical treatment, guardianships, estate plans and care of elderly patients or persons suffering from substance abuse problems. Ms. Reardon's litigation experience also includes court-ordered psychiatric and abuse commitments, conservatorships, and other civil trials and appeals. She has extensive experience defending personal injury suits, including actions brought against the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. She is licensed to practice in all Massachusetts courts as well as the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.
